Refunds typically cover:

1. Timeframe for Requests – Within the period specified per service or event

2. Type of Refund – Full or partial depending on service

3. Conditions for Refunds – Service cancellations by FEMME DMC, defective merchandise, or technical issues

4. Exceptions – Missed appointments, customized merchandise, or late cancellations may be non-refundable

• Photo Studio: Refunds if FEMME DMC cancels; missed sessions may not be refundable
